I've tried several hosts before and these guys are responsive *AND* helpful. I particularly like the support desk where all your support tickets are stored. Much better than pure email support, as you can always browse the history of all the tickets (support cases) you've had with them.
The control panel is probably not the best out there, but it does the job. Anyone who has been dealing with hosting services would agree that uptime, quality and responsiveness of support are fare more valuable than a fancy control panel."
